  • “Patience is the key”, as our manufacturing units are set up in Chennai and Delhi. The products are packaged and labelled directly from the warehouse, all the products are checked properly and the consignments are sent via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Bluedart and FedEx.


  • Shipping time is estimated and initiated from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to incomplete address (out of the delivery area), invalid phone number/consignee unavailable, or other force majeure reasons.


  • Please contact us within 1 months of shipment if the package does not arrive at your address, our support team will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.


  • Our average handling timeframe is 1-2 days, once the item is shipped from warehouse. It will take up to 4-7 days to reach you. Please keep in mind, due to Covid-19 impact and restrictions in several states’ shipment can be delayed in the transit.
